Absolute Monarchy is a form of government in which it tries to have ultimate governing authority. Louis XlV becomes king of France after his fathers death in 1643. Peter the Great was the ruler of Russia in 1696. At the age of 24. Divine Rights is the idea that god created the monarchy and that the monarchy acted as gods representatives. Absolutism is the acceptance in absolute principles. Magna Carta limited the absolute power of kings.
